Festival Foothills Elementary is a K–8 school in the Wickenburg School District. This was an interesting project, with extremely high ceilings in the gymnasium and a complex site. The project was completed in eight months, opening in January of 2008. The General Contractor on this project was Turner Construction.

Julia Randall Elementary School is located in Payson, Arizona. The school was constructed on a campus that was fully functional, with the old school being demolished once the new buildings were complete. This school uses a four pipe hydronic HVAC system, and it was all welded. The construction went through the winter months, and all of the associated challenges. The project was completed on time, and the school opened in 2009. The General Contractor was W.E. O’Neil Construction.

Midwestern University is located in Glendale. MWU added more student housing in 2009, and Tempe Mechanical performed the HVAC and Plumbing. The project was extremely fast paced, and the weather caused multiple delays. The project was completed on time with the help of every single trade. Chanen Construction was the General Contractor.

Bridgette Hall is named after Major Bernard A. Bridget. This multi-function facility is the centerpiece of Chandler Gilbert Community College. Tempe Mechanical completed the HVAC portion of this project, which consisted of chilled water central plant style system.

Located in the suburban neighborhoods of Gilbert, Arizona this elementary school is rated Grade “A.” This project was ground up, installed both HVAC and Plumbing and was preformed with McCarthy Building Company.

Riggs Elementary School, McCarthy, 10.17.2007

This facility is called the Sun Devil Fitness Complex. The students use this 64,283 square foot building for recreational sports play and other wellness programs. The plumbing was completed by Tempe Mechanical.

PVCC is one of ten Maricopa County Community Colleges in the Valley. Aquila Hall is named after the star constellation that is viewable from the clear night skies at Black Mountain.  This building was a 23,115 square foot expansion at paradise valley community college. It added additional classrooms, faculty offices, computer and science labs, tutoring center, a viewing deck used for astronomy, and collaboration areas. Tempe Mechanical completed the plumbing for this project with Austin Commercial as the General Contractor.

This K- 12 Charter school is located in Queen Creek, Arizona. They take pride in our great nation through the Study of American Heritage. There are three buildings on this campus, beginning with the elementary school that is 55,665 square feet, followed by a junior high totaling in at 49,792 square feet, and finally the high school 44,786 square feet. This job had a prestige timeline and was constructed in 4 months with Johnson Carlier as the General Contractor. Tempe Mechanical installed the HVAC for the elementary school building and also completed the plumbing in the high school and junior high.

This project consisted of a renovation and addition to the existing High School in the Mesa Public Schools district. The addition was an 86,000 square foot 2 Story classroom building called “the learning center.” The renovation included the existing media center into a mini auditorium, sped classrooms, video production, audio/visual rooms also in the academic science area and labs. Tempe Mechanical completed the HVAC and Plumbing systems for this project.
