Qualifications:

· Minimum 4 years’ experience

· You must have all tools required to perform assigned job duties

· You must be able to lift and/or carry heavy, bulky items, supplies and/or materials weighing up to 80 pounds

· Experience with Installation of welded and grooved Hydronic systems

· Experience in sequence of operation on HVAC systems

· Experience in the installing underground plumbing piping systems

· Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications

· Must be able to solder copper pipe

· Self-motivated with the ability to work well with others

· Good problem-solving skills

· You MUST have reliable transportation

· Driver’s License (Required)

Responsibilities:

· Work on trade-specific pipe fitting new and/or tenant improvement related commercial projects

· Perform layout and installation of trade-specific pipe fitting focused items and materials

· Read / Interpret: contract documents, submittals, shop drawings, architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings

· Perform layout and installation of trade-specific pipe fitting focused items and materials

· Working with thread pipe

· Soldering copper fittings weld pipe

· Installing and Working with PVC Piping, Copper Pipe and Groove Pipe

· Comprehensive knowledge of multiple Piping material applications: Steel/carbon pipe, Copper Pipe, PVC/PCV pipe, Poly Pipe, Stainless Steel pipe and Aluminum pipe, including piping layout

· Laying out, Cutting, Assembling and/or Installing Pipe

· Install all systems and products per code, specifications, submittals, and contract documents

· Use materials and other resources conservatively to promote project success and profitability

· Maintain all tools and equipment in serviceable condition

· Works on Storm Drains & Underground Utilities

· Test Pipe Systems to Ensure Safety and Functionality

· Repairing Malfunctions

· Occasionally Operating Forklifts

· Other Tasks as Needed or Assigned
