Cibola Vista Resort and Spa is located in the northwest corner of the Valley of the Sun, being the first resort built in the west valley since 1929. We assisted in Phase II and Phase III in construction. In Phase II, we insulated new unlined concealed supply and return ductwork. In Phase III, we installed split system heat pumps with outdoor condensing units, ceiling-mounted exhaust fans, and completed all associated HVAC and plumbing work.
