The Comerica Arizona Headquarters relocated there office to the East side of Phoenix at the Biltmore Commerce Center. The new headquarters office is 16,000 square feet. We handled both HVAC and plumbing aspects for this project, implementing sophisticated features such as air-cooled CRAC units with outdoor condensing units, MERV8 filters, humidifiers, VAV terminal boxes with transformers, new air distribution systems, galvanized ductwork, and EMS controls integration for HVAC, while employing cast iron waste and vent systems, DWV with standard 4-strap no-hub bands, and copper type "L" domestic water lines for plumbing.
