The Costco warehouse in Surprise, Arizona spans approximately 152,000 square feet and offers a wide range of services including a bakery, pharmacy, optical center, photo center, gas station, and auto center. We’re installing a variety of Trane packaged rooftop A/C units along with other equipment like thermal unit heaters and ceiling fans. We’re also insulating the ductwork and using the right pipes for condensation.
