Julia Randall Elementary School is located in Payson, Arizona. The school was constructed on a campus that was fully functional, with the old school being demolished once the new buildings were complete. This school uses a four pipe hydronic HVAC system, and it was all welded. The construction went through the winter months, and all of the associated challenges. The project was completed on time, and the school opened in 2009. The General Contractor was W.E. O’Neil Construction.
