Project was for the facilities management of Maricopa County and consisted of a retrofit of 4 existing buildings. Replacement of HVAC equipment, running condensate and refrigerant piping. Additional drinking fountains were installed along with pvc waste lines and vents above grade, as well as copper domestic water lines.
