Merrill Gardens at Anthem, a 98,000 square foot senior living community in Anthem, Arizona, offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care services in a two-story building with 127 units, alongside amenities such as a movie theater, library, bistro, and private apartments with full kitchens. For this project, our HVAC work included installing rooftop packaged units, split system heat pumps, exhaust fans, air distribution components, ductwork, and refrigerant piping, while our plumbing involved installing cast iron and PVC waste & vent systems, storm drain leaders, water lines, PEX piping, steel pipe with malleable fittings, and insulation for piping.
