Mainstreet Rapid Recovery Center – Surprise & Chandler

These skilled nursing facilities were built for patients who need post-acute care and rehabilitation following hospital stays. There is a one-story facility and a two-story facility with about 80,000 square feet of medical space each. A large boiler and mechanical room were included within the footprints of the buildings, as well as roof drains, domestic water lines, roof drains, medical gas lines, waste, and vent lines. Plumbing materials included cast iron & copper. Fixtures provided would include eyewashes, drinking fountains, wall hung & counter mounted sinks with wrist blade faucets, stainless scrub stations, Ligature-resistant station lavatories and other standard toilets and automatic flush valves. HVAC consisted of main duct systems in corridors to roof top OSA package units, ERV’s, splits and 4-way ceiling VRF units in rooms for cooling. Both facilities also included a full commercial kitchen with grease waste and ductwork.
