Mainstreet Rapid Recovery Center in Surprise and Chandler are skilled nursing facilities built for post-acute care and rehabilitation, feature one-story and two-story buildings with 80,000 square feet of medical space each. Within these structures, our team managed the installation of a large boiler and mechanical room, along with roof drains, domestic water lines, medical gas lines, waste, and vent lines. Plumbing materials included cast iron and copper piping. Fixtures provided encompassed a range including eyewashes, drinking fountains, sinks with wrist blade faucets, stainless scrub stations, ligature-resistant station lavatories, and standard toilets with automatic flush valves. HVAC systems included main duct systems, ERVs, splits, and 4-way ceiling VRF units for efficient cooling. Additionally, both facilities included a full commercial kitchen with grease waste management and associated ductwork.
