The Luhrs Building was a historic renovation done with Hansji Urban. Tempe Mechanical performed all of the plumbing and HVAC on this project. It was a very unusual project, with chilled water being pumped in from a well in the basement and feeding the entire building. The building opened in 2009, with the first tenants moving into the top floor.
