The Wigwam was originally a retreat for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company executives in 1929, it expanded from a 24-guest accommodation to a 440-acre resort in Litchfield Park, Arizona. Today, it offers 331 rooms, an Aveda lifestyle spa, fitness center, three dining options, three pools, conference facilities, and three championship golf courses. We participated in Phase III's plumbing remodel, renovating 90 guestrooms in buildings 2B & 2C of the resort. Our work included installing Copper type "L" domestic water lines and owner-supplied fixtures, managing demo and reinstallation, and rehooking condensate drains to lavatories, along with replacing shower drains.
